Fergus
Fergus is going to be our future stud dog!
He has an amazing personality and is very attune to sadness and comes to comfort the sad. He would make a great therapy dog or psychiatric-service-dog being so in-tune and responsive from such a young age of only 5 weeks old.
Fergus will be involved in water rescue work and conformation as he ages.
He comes from amazing lines, has outstanding physical characteristics, and has the potential to sire some fantastic puppies! His temperament is mild natured (just as his sire) and he is a really smart boy.
Fergus is a great playmate and snuggle bug! He loves to be outside no matter how cold and windy it is. He let’s the icy wind ripple his fur while he sleeps snug under our pine tree.
Fergus is a smart boy picking up tasks and commands after only just learning them. He has fabulous Landseer markings and such a gorgeous coat!
He is brave and friendly without being careless about his surroundings. We feel he is the right amount of curiosity, bravery, and wisdom that Newfoundland dogs should have.
He is a quiet and calm soul who knows when any tears are coming and licks them off faces and cuddles in! I love how he has instinctively helped me when I was having anxiety type issues and how he also licks the faces of my kids when they trip and fall.
We are very excited about his prospects in canine events but most of all we are loving how well he jibes with our home. He is such a interesting boy. Calm and gentle yet still playful. He and I are buds. :)
His Landseer markings are perfect (in my not-so-humble opinion ;) ) and very closely resemble his grandmother’s markings.
I am very excited to see the future puppies he sires! The temperament and personalities of this breeding line have been top notch. I am so very excited to carry this amazing linage through for as long as we can with Fergus.
